Thank You ECCC 2018!

It’s done baby! Thank you to everyone who came and visited me at Emerald City in Seattle last weekend! You guys are amazing, you totally cleaned me out! I’m so happy everyone loved what I brought for you guys and came to see me. We had such a blast!

A big thank you to Dark Horse Comics for having me for a signing and making these awesome Femina & Fauna posters! Between both Dark Horse and I we totally sold out of copies of Femina at the show, but I made sure to sign every one I could!

My original painting “Albinow Rhinow” found a new home on the first day of the show and turned lots of heads walking by the booth! You can get a print of this fabulous rhino here on my custom print shop now!

So I may have broke the internet just a little by showing off my handbags I had at my ECCC booth. They sold out by Friday morning but I’ll make some for Etsy so be sure to sign up for release details on my newsletter here. I’ll have them at my C2E2 booth 1182 April 6-8 too! C2E2 in Chicago is my next convention event where I’ll be at the Artist Alley table S1 and Asami will run my big beautiful booth#1182 with all my apparel and goodies!

Art Collector Starter Kit at Corey Helford Gallery

Camilla’s newest oil on wood painting, “Puff” is on view at Corey Helford Gallery’s Art Collector Starter Kit 3. The original piece is sold, but fans have until August 15th to view the exhibition in persion.

Puff _sm1

Puff is Camilla’s first time painting a dragon in full colour. Camilla uses  Holbein’s Aqua Duo water soluble oils on wood panel, and after many layers, her characters come to life as both vibrant and delicately supple figures.

Camilla receives many questions about where she gets her frames- the answers are many of them are imported from the UK, found on Etsy, or at boutiques near to Camilla. Camilla’s frames are always exquisite!

Keep an eye on Camilla’s social media Facebook, Instagram @camilladerrico , twitter @helmetgirl and the Camilla blog for new paintings in development. Looking to acquire an available original? Email info@camilladerrico.com for details.
