Hello Rome! Roma Cartoon Festival June 23-25

It’s so good to be back in Rome! I’ve landed and am getting ready for Roma Cartoon Festival June 23-25 at Guido Reni!

Rome is one of those cities of the world that I fall head-over-heels in food-love for. The pizza and gelato are amazing! I don’t think I could ever get tired of them, even if I had them every day.

Since Rome is such an old city, and very compact, a lot of people ride motorbikes or vespas. Unleashing my inner road warrior!

I’m so happy to be visiting Dorothy Circus Gallery again where my “Submerged” solo exhibition painting are on display and some are available! If you haven’t seen them yet or are interested in originals you can email sales@dorothycircusgallery.com

I love running around such a romantic and enchanting city, and then take a break for some drawing! I’m working on original graphite drawings I’ll bring to Roma Cartoon Festival June 23-25. I’ll have a whole exhibition room with my art, prints, apparel and special goodies, so if you can make it to Rome please come visit me!

See You Soon Vancaf Vancouver!

It’s almost time! I’m back at Vancouver Comic Arts Festival (Vancaf!) starting tomorrow May 20 & 21. Vancaf is a FREE to attend event that focuses on supporting independent comic artists & illustrators, so it’s a great way to find cool art and spend the weekend! I’ll be at table J1 in the Gym, so come say Hi if you’re in the Vancouver area!

As a special treat, I brought some of my Comicpalooza exclusive colorway release “The Baby Rebellion” prints home for Vancaf! I only have a limited amount, so come pick your up early!

I’m bringing 2 original drawings to Vancaf! I picked these lovely frames for these cuties, and will have them at my table J1 this weekend at the Roundhouse Center in Yaletown, Vancouver.

I’ve got mousepads I’m bringing to the show too! They’re an awesome way to add some artwork to your desk or work station.

I’ve brought a handful of Dream Melt pouches to my Vancaf table J1! These beauties are double-sided and machine-washable, perfect for arts supplies, pencil case, crafts, makeup, travel bags or what ever else your heart desires!

More Prints!

I’m bringing lots of lovely prints to Vancaf! I’ll have 11×14″ and also some large 16×20″ prints for you, my lovelies! I’ll also have new prints of Fishbowl, Capuchina, Pop Goes The Weasel, Angelica, and more!

Spring Releases are Live on Etsy

They’re here! My new Spring Releases and goodies from Emerald City Comic Con are now live on my Etsy shop! I’ve released a collection of 20 different and unique one-of-a-kind vintage plates. I carefully chose artworks to compliment each plate design, and make them all one-of-a-kind artworks!

Also releasing today are 3 original graphite drawings! Each one is 5×7″ and comes framed, and ready to display. You can find them here.

If you couldn’t make it to ECCC this year, I have a small number of Lovers Quarrel limited edition watches and The Sage fine art prints I signed and have available on my Etsy here! This is a limited printing, so once these are sold out, they won’t be made again. 😉

A lucky handful of Sailor Moon fans will have a chance to grab one of my Moonflower totebags! These beauties haven’t been available online until now, and may go quick, so snap yours up here!

Coming March 15 New Online Class With Creativebug

I filmed with the Creativebug team in a beautiful, professional set with amazing equipment, and show you step-by-step how to draw in manga style using tools like non-repro blue pencil, and pen & ink. You can sign up to watch the lesson online here for when it goes live March 15!
