No comic con can be complete without a little nerding-out at cosplay. Check out this amazing Sharknado that whipped through to say Hi! My neighbor at the next booth kept an eye out, ha ha.
Thank you to everyone who came to my Pop Manga Mermaids coloring panel, and to the convention organizers who made everything happen! I had a blast getting to return to Salt Lake City and see the sights, sign everything and meet everyone! My next guest artist appearance is at Edmonton Expo Sept 21-23. See you soon, Edmonton!

San Diego Comic Con was filled with fun, fans, friends and fabulous art! Thank you to everyone who came by the booth to visit, get books and prints (and toys!) signed, and find beautiful new prints and items to collect.
Camilla was in her booth for the most of the show signing, sketching and connecting with fans. Her Ian Somerhalder cardboard cutout, promoting The Beekeeper charity print fundraising project for Ian Somerhalder Foundation, was a big hit. Ian signed the cutout in endorsement at Warner Brother’s Vampire Diaries Signing on the SDCC show floor!

The 2011 Cos & Effect convention hosted at the University of British Columbia is this weekend! If you’re attending, please RSVP on Facebook and help us spread word of the event!
The Helmetgirl Cosplay Walkoff Contest will begin at 12:00 in the Main Ballroom, but models will need to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare backstage. Since it’s so great to have the support of such dedicated fans, we’re working on putting together special prize packages for everyone who enters. ^_^
