Hedgehog Statues

Did you know that hedgehogs are not only cute as buttons but there are super fast? Sonic was based on a real hedgehog that zooms. Now you can bring home one or both of these cuties to love without prickling your fingers!

More incredible facts about hedgehogs, they are insectivores, helping control insect populations by feeding on a variety of invertebrates, including beetles, worms, and slugs. Additionally, their foraging activities contribute to soil aeration, promoting a healthier ecosystem.

These beautiful beasties are statues from my “Nurtured by Nature” 2023 soloshow installation. Each is made of resin, hand painted white white enamel paint. They are one of a kind and a part of my show history!

My "Nurtured by Nature" solo show's installation vividly depicts the dire consequences of neglecting the planet's well-being, warning of a future where vibrant landscapes are replaced by motionless statues symbolizing the once-beautiful beings that graced our world. The pristine white hue of these statues, reminiscent of ancient Greek sculptures, emphasizes a distant era and the civilizations lost, surrounded by a monochromatic forest representing the starkness following environmental indifference.
